Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the successful, timely, and high-quality implementation of all project components across Montalban, Bulacan, Sitio Bakal, and Tingloy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison with key partners, develop and manage monitoring and evaluation systems to track project outcomes, and proactively address implementation challenges through effective coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within an NGO development context
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-site projects, including coordination with government agencies (especially TESDA), international donors, and corporate partners
- Demonstrated experience in livelihood, vocational training (both technical and BPO), or youth empowerment programs is essential
- Experience managing projects with budgets similar in scale and with multiple funding sources is a strong advantage
