Technical Vocational Staff [Sitio Bakal]
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and build partnerships with TESDA, DepEd, LGUs, DOLE/PESO, accredited Technical Vocational Institutes, and other stakeholders to support trainee recruitment, screening, enrollment, and successful training implementation. Facilitate job placement and entrepreneurship opportunities through industry linkages, career support, and access to microfinance services, while monitoring and evaluating project progress and outcomes.
This is a 10-month project-based contract.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Education, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in community development, training coordination, livelihood, employment facilitation, or partnership management
- Knowledge of TESDA programs, employment services, government agencies, and local stakeholder engagement is an advantage
- Strong coordination, networking, and relationship-building skills with government agencies, training institutions, employers, and community partners
- Good communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation
