Learn and Grow Project: Batch 2 Celebrates Graduation and New Beginnings

Twenty-five trainees of Batch 2 of the Learn and Grow Project marked a major milestone on July 10, 2026, as they graduated and received their National Certificate (NC) II in Domestic Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Servicing (DomRAC).

More than completing a training program, the graduates earned a nationally recognized qualification that opens doors to meaningful employment and better opportunities for themselves and their families.

The graduation ceremony was attended by key partners and stakeholders who shared messages of encouragement and congratulations, including Ms. Evangeline Plazo, Center Administrator of TESDA Cainta; Ms. Imee Sigue, Acting Provincial Director of TESDA Rizal; Mr. Edmon Pascual, Cainta MPDC Administrator; and Mr. Richard Nueve, HR Leader of LG Electronics Philippines. Their messages highlighted the importance of continuous learning, perseverance, and professionalism as the graduates begin their careers.

Speaking on behalf of Batch 2, graduate Florie Mar Ramores shared her gratitude to everyone who made the program possible.

"Thank you very much to Good Neighbors, LG Electronics, TESDA, and everyone who made this program possible. Because of you, we gained new skills, greater confidence, and more hope for our future. This graduation is not only the end of our training, it is the beginning of new opportunities and dreams that we will continue to pursue."

Through the partnership of LG Electronics Philippines, TESDA, and Good Neighbors Philippines, the Learn and Grow Project continues to equip aspiring technicians with industry-relevant skills, empowering them to build sustainable careers and brighter futures.
