Responsibilities:

The Project Monitoring and Coordination Officer will be in charge of the Project Cycle Management monitoring. S/he will represent Good Neighbors in overseeing the implementation of the Hyundai Motor Philippines IONIQ Forest project. The PMCO serves as the primary link between Good Neighbors, Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH), and the implementing partner, Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. – One to Tree (RAFI OTT).

Qualifications:

Microfinance Officer [SDMI]

Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting and implementing the Wheels to Work Project, including beneficiary recruitment, loan assessment, processing, collection, and documentation. Ensures proper loan utilization, maintains strong community partnerships, monitors market conditions, supports community development initiatives, trains field staff, and oversees portfolio management to ensure effective project implementation and sustainability.

Qualifications:

Finance Manager [SDMI]

Responsibilities:

Responsible for bookkeeping, financial documentation, payment and liquidation review, bank transactions, petty cash management, budget monitoring, and financial reporting for the Head Office and projects. Ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance with financial procedures, and provides finance-related support as required.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communication Assistant

Responsibilities:

Manage advocacy merchandise platforms by maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, coordinating order fulfillment, processing donations, and preparing related reports, while supporting email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution. Provide administrative and operational support for marketing and fundraising initiatives, including documentation processing, event coordination, campaign planning, and collaboration with internal teams, interns, and volunteers.

This is a term-based engagement for eight (8) months.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the successful, timely, and high-quality implementation of all project components across Montalban, Bulacan, Sitio Bakal, and Tingloy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison with key partners, develop and manage monitoring and evaluation systems to track project outcomes, and proactively address implementation challenges through effective coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

Marketing and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead the organization’s Marketing and Communications function by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and directing the production of communication materials and events. Monitor team performance, budgets, reports, and marketing assets; coordinate with external partners and internal divisions; manage administrative requirements; and serve as the focal person for local and global marketing and public relations initiatives.

Global PR and Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of global communications, public relations, and brand awareness strategies to strengthen Good Neighbors’ visibility and advocacy efforts. Manage communication platforms, coordinate the production of communication materials, promote the Good Neighbors Movement globally, and align global initiatives with local programs while supporting the communications needs of Good Neighbors Philippines and its field operations.

Qualifications:

Technical Vocational Staff [Sitio Bakal]

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and build partnerships with TESDA, DepEd, LGUs, DOLE/PESO, accredited Technical Vocational Institutes, and other stakeholders to support trainee recruitment, screening, enrollment, and successful training implementation. Facilitate job placement and entrepreneurship opportunities through industry linkages, career support, and access to microfinance services, while monitoring and evaluating project progress and outcomes.

This is a 10-month project-based contract.

Qualifications:

Project Coordinator [Calamba, Laguna]

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Calamba Schools Division Office, partner schools, contractors, and Good Neighbors’ Head Office to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the project. Oversee construction and facility improvement activities, manage project operations, budgets, financial reporting, and documentation, and prepare timely reports while ensuring compliance with GNIP policies; a Licensed Engineer with experience in constructing digital libraries, multi-purpose halls, school stages, and canteen renovations is preferred.
